Meditation Mondays is my new ongoing series for a deepening of your Meditation practice. Each week will be different as I energetically connect to what is being asked of each of us and openly channel for our best and highest good. There will be a quick check in at the beginning with opportunities to ask for certain guidance. This practice is available to all levels and all beautiful humans. If you are asking "is this for me?" Yes, it is. I strongly believe and trust in the Universe that those who find me are exactly whom I'm meant to work with. I am big, I am bold, I am powerful, and I am connected. I hold the light and I am not afraid of my ability to get into the dark. We came to this planet during one of it's most transformative times. The intention of this offering is to come to center; finding your neutrality and your inner strength during this extreme chaos. I am here for growth, healing, and creative expression. Please also be prepared for some movement as part of our practice.
I will offer some weeks in person outdoors at my home in Painted Post, NY (Zoom will still be available) I will put the word out by Sunday afternoon. I live appx 20 min from Corning NY in the woods with a big yard. For these weeks please bring a campers chair and/or a yoga mat or blanket, a water bottle, notebook, and whatever else you may need for your comfort (crystals for charging, Altar items, herbs, pillow, etc) I do have an outdoor Altar you are welcome to interact with, such as leaving items or prayers, adding plant decor, or just spending a moment connecting. If appropriate, I'll have a fire for us. This is weather permitting including the ongoing air quality issues.
